Volunteer: Front Desk ReceptionistPosition Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing a welcoming, professional, and efficient front office experience. This role supports daily operations through customer service, administrative assistance, client coordination, and communication while maintaining confidentiality, cultural responsiveness, and organizational standards. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer ServiceGreet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and culturally responsive manner.Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information and referrals.Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe reception area.Monitor visitor flow and assist with client needs.Client Support & CoordinationSupport client intake, scheduling, appointment reminders, and program referrals.Provide interpretation and translation support for Spanish-speaking clients.Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy and HIPAA requirements.Administrative SupportManage mail, deliveries, office supplies, and administrative records.Operate and troubleshoot office equipment.Support facility opening/closing procedures and maintain organized common areas.Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.Facilities & Safety SupportServe as a point of contact for facility requests and safety procedures.Support emergency protocols, visitor access, and assigned safety responsibilities.RequirementsHigh school diploma- (Accepting HS students as well)Excellent verbal and communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferredProgram: All-Agency Support Position Summary
