Overview:This opportunity is open to organizations in San Diego and across the country that are interested in partnering with us to lead interactive workshops supporting high school students and young adults as they begin exploring their professional careers.

For youth in San Diego’s most under-resourced communities, life after high school can be filled with uncertainty. Your organization can make a meaningful impact by providing insight, mentorship, and real-world guidance in your field.

Location: Program sites in Vista, Oceanside, and/or San Marcos
Schedule: Flexible days and times (outside of school hours, with weekend opportunities available)
Group Size: Flexible, depending on the workshop activity


Volunteers will empower high school students and young adults through engaging, hands-on workshops designed to explore career pathways and build confidence in their futures. Workshops can be customized to your industry and may include:

  • Practical skill-building
  • Career exploration
  • Personal development
  • Networking opportunities
  • Site visits and more
